Just wanted to give a shout out to one of the most greatest fathers around. My husband, Dan, is so good with the kids. He passes up on the housework, but when it comes to the kids...he never misses a chance to be doing something with them. On his days off from work, he will be outside with them all day.
One reason he is so special is because he has accepted my kids as his own. He treats them the same way he treats his son and makes sure that they follow rules and keeps me in line when they walk all over me (which they do quite often). He is always on the lookout to make sure that the kids have the best opportunity around.

I'm so happy for you. As I looked through your entire blog and read all about your new family it just touched my heart and brought tears of joy for you.
What a turnaround! You have a wonderful family and I'm so happy for all you. I can't believe little Whitney! What a little lady she is becoming! And Brit...whew, she is a knockout (must be a family trait!). She and Tiffany are quite a bit alike in so many ways!
I'm so glad Tiff and I were able to go to CA when she was there and spend time with her and Sue.
My mom and I are coming to MI while Sue is there too and we will plan to see you then.
So sorry to hear of your dads health problems. I'll keep him and all of you in my thoughts and prayers in these upcoming days too with all his procedures and things he will go through.
